Race Across The World

M Our five pairs set off on a race to Singapore without taking a single flight. They leave behind their smartphones, internet access and credit cards. All they have is the money that the airfare would have cost if they had set off from London.

M The teams go on a journey that will see them leave behind the familiarity of the west for the exotic and unknown east. They travel across the lengths of Turkey and Georgia, and into Azerbaijan.

M The four remaining teams leave Azerbaijan to journey across the vast deserts, mountains and Silk Road cities of Central Asia to Uzbekistan.

ML After nearly a month on the road together, relationships are coming under increasing pressure. With vast distances to cover on the way to the next checkpoint, budgets are getting low and emotions are running high.

PG This leg sees the remaining four teams head through the dense forests and bustling metropolises of Cambodia and Vietnam, and to the final checkpoint before Singapore - the island paradise of Koh Rong.

PG Grand Finale: After twelve thousand miles, two continents, twenty-one countries and four seas, the finish line is finally in sight!
