MKR NZ season 4 judges, Pete and Manu

My Kitchen Rules New Zealand is back!

The cooking show phenomenon returns to TVNZ 2 this year with celebrity chefs Pete Evans and Manu Feildel once again at the judging table!

Pete and Manu will travel New Zealand to meet six new and dynamic teams of home cooks, ready to battle it out in TV’s most hotly contested cooking competition.

This fresh batch of contestants are throwing their Instant Restaurant doors open, producing their culinary best in a bid to rise above the rest and take out the competition.

When the MKR doorbell rings this year, each team will take turns to transform an ordinary home into an Instant Restaurant for one pressure cooker night. They’ll plate up a three-course menu designed to impress the judges and their fellow contestants.

The five teams with the highest scores will face the most intense location challenges and eliminations as they take the cooking competition on the road and into commercial kitchens, cooking for the New Zealand public as well as special VIP celebrity guests.

After weeks of intense cooking, the top two remaining teams will go head-to-head at the My Kitchen Rules New Zealand Grand Final for the ultimate cooking showdown. Here they must produce four stunning, restaurant quality dishes. Pete and Manu are joined at the judging table by returning VIP Guest Judges Nadia Lim, Ray McVinnie, Tom Hishon.

Who will rise to the top and be crowned My Kitchen Rules New Zealand champions and take home the grand prize of $100,000?

There can only be one winning team...
