Young people skirting lockdown laws could be the cause of Covid-19 spikes across Europe, according to the World Health Organization.

The WHO is again urging people to listen to authorities.

The organisation's regional director, Hans Henri P. Kluge, said while he is aware people want to make the most of summer, they only have themselves to blame for the rapid spread and resurgence of case numbers.
