Raw video: Man falls to ground in agony after cellphone explodes in face

The moment a Samsung phone apparently exploded in an Indonesian man's pocket has been caught on CCTV.

The 47-year-old man was filmed in the lobby of a Hotel Ciputra in Semarang on September 30 carrying his phone in his shirt pocket.

The man can be seen touching his pocket just seconds before it explodes in his face.

He flings himself to the ground trying desperately to douse the flames.

Another man steps in to help remove the burning shirt.

The man suffered only minor injuries.

Samsung has responded to the incident by defending its product, saying the man had used a battery not manufactured by the company, 7News reports.

Classic Aussie woman picks up shark from ocean-pool, returns it to safety of the sea

An Australian woman has been nicknamed the 'shark wrangler' after a video was posted to Facebook of the real estate agent casually picking up a shark from an ocean pool, and releasing it back into the sea.

The short clip of Melissa Hatheier was released yesterday on the Cronulla Real Estate Facebook page, which shows her swimming with the shark.

She bends down, and then stands up with the shark in her arms, before raising her arms in celebration when she sets it free.

The clip was captioned, "Our in house Shark Wrangler Melissa Hatheier wrestling a shark out of Oak Park Rock Pool yesterday morning! Nice work Mel! #nextlevel #classicMel".
