The All Blacks are expecting a backlash from the Springboks in Cape Town tomorrow morning, according to captain Kieran Read.
New Zealand dished out a 57-0 thrashing over their traditional foes the last time the two sides met in Albany last month, with Read saying his team have prepared for the inevitable reaction from South Africa.
"The're a tough team, and they've been building," Read said.
"The scoreline didn't reflect the real gap between the teams."
"We expect it tomorrow to be pretty tough."
"When they click and when they gel, with the right motivation - which I'm sure they've got plenty of this week - certainly it'll be a tough game."
