Two people are dead following a crash which has closed Cambridge Road in the Waikato this evening.
Emergency services were called at about 5.40pm after a truck and car were involved in the crash between Kaipaki Road and Matos Segedin Drive.
Two people are dead and one other person was seriously injured in the crash police say.
The road is closed and motorists are asked to avoid the area if possible or expect delays.
