A slip has partially blocked the southbound lane on Remutaka Hill road on the outskirts of Wellington this afternoon.
The slip was reported around 2:45pm, near Kaitoke.
Traffic management will be in place and contractors have been advised.
Motorists are advised to delay travel if possible and expect delays.
