A school bus driver has been seriously injured in a crash in Hawke's Bay.
Police have confirmed to 1 NEWS a school bus crashed into a ditch on Hereheretau Road, near Maungataki Road just after 4pm today.
The driver of the school bus has been transported to hospital with serious injuries.
No one else was on the school bus.
St John Ambulance and Fire and Emergency New Zealand also attended.
