KFC in Porirua on the market, property valued at $1.57 million

The owners of the piece of land in Porirua currently occupied by a KFC are selling up due to a re-shuffle of their investment portfolio.

Built in 1998 and owned by Restaurant Brands it has been a KFC for the last nine years.

Now the owners want to reassess their portfolio and have listed the corner property with Bayleys Wellington.

The land has a ratable value of $1.57 million.

The lease has just been renewed by Restauant Brands for another 6 years with the option of renewing it until 2035. 

The property goes to auction in a month.
