A 10-year-old boy has died following a fire in Hastings yesterday.
He died in hospital early this morning.
The ten-year-old died overnight in hospital after yesterday's fire.
Another child hurt in the incident remains in a stable condition, while three adults were discharged yesterday.
The fire engulfed a building on Heretaunga Street West, Hastings around 2.30pm.

The two children were helped from the building by three people who have also been taken to hospital.
Police say the fire is being treated as suspicious and appealed for anyone with information to get in touch.
