Comic book writer and film producer Stan Lee has died aged 95, his daughter has told TMZ .
Lee created Spider-Man, Black Panther, The Incredible Hulk, X-Men, Iron Man and The Avengers with Marvel.
His daughter, JC, told TMZ: "My father loved all of his fans. He was the greatest, most decent man."
He was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center from his Hollywood Home, where he died overnight.
