Five talented TVNZ faces are finalists in the Woman’s Day TV Personality of the Year at the 2019 NZ TV Awards.
The winner is decided by public vote, with the last two winners – Hayley Holt and Toni Street – both from within the TVNZ family.
Who will take out the title this year?
The TVNZ finalists are:
New Zealand’s best interviewer Anika Moa, who has showcased her talents on Anika Moa Unleashed and Anika v All Blacks.
Sunday and Marae presenter and reporter Miriama Kamo. She’s an award-winning journalist who has worked across most of TVNZ’s stable of news and current affairs shows.
Breakfast weather presenter and Celebrity Treasure Island contestant Matty McLean. He may not have won the competition, but he won many hearts along the way!
Te Karere and Marae presenter Scotty Morrison. He’s passionate about te reo Maori and is well-known for his commitment to reviving the language.
Shortland Street actor Rebekah Palmer, who plays the hospital’s bubbly and hilarious nurse Dawn Robinson.
