Stayin' Alive: A Grammy Salute to the Music of The Bee Gees

Saturday 5 November, 8.30pm on TVNZ 1

Celebrate one of the most influential acts in the history of music. 

Marking the 40th Anniversary of the iconic Saturday Night Fever soundtrack, this special honours the five-time Grammy winners. 

Hosted by John Travolta, music superstars gather to perform the Bee Gees greatest hits. 

Featuring performances from Celine Dion, Stevie Wonder, Ed Sheeran, John Legend, Keith Urban, Demi Lovato and more. 

Barry Gibb will also take to the stage, for a show-stopping salute to the music legends.

DNA Detectives

Returns Tuesday 7 November, 8.30pm on TVNZ 1. Stream all of season 1 now. 

The results are in! DNA Detectives is back with a new bunch of New Zealanders, ready to uncover their roots.

This time around: Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern and All Black legend John Kirwan. Actors Antonia Prebble, Erik Thomson, Robbie Magasiva, Miriama Smith and Jonny Brugh. Musicians Stan Walker and Anika Moa, news hounds Simon Dallow and Nadine Chalmers-Ross and model Kylie Bax. 

Join them on a journey of global self-discovery.

Wilde Ride

A young girl's dream of becoming a show-jumping champion is dashed, when her parents are killed in a car accident. 

She's forced to live with her auntie's dirt-bike-riding family, in the suburbs of West Auckland.

It's the ultimate quest - testing brains, brawn and bravery! 

In The Crystal Maze, a team of five contestants journey through four fantastical zones. 

Led by eccentric Maze Master Richard Ayoade, they tackle a variety of epic games, to win time in the iconic Crystal Dome. 

 

GameFace

This new comedy series follows Marcella, as she spiritedly crashes her way through life.

Starring Roisin Conaty as Marcella, and packed with wry and idiosyncratic observations. 

GameFace is a witty, tender and resonant comedy, about staying afloat when you're under-prepared.

 

My Kitchen Rules New Zealand

Monday 6 November, 7.30pm on TVNZ 2

The competition heats up this week, with the first of two sudden death cook-offs. 

There's some VIP guests at the table too, featuring a star-studded line up of Shortland Street stars.

At the end of the night, one more team will leave the competition. Who will be one step closer to MKR glory, and who will be going home?
