Mickey’s a regular guy. Normal job. Nice enough. Likes to crack open a cold one with the boys. Likes to say that he “understands” women. Deep down, though, he believes that all of his relationship problems can be traced back to the fact that women get bloody hormonal once a month. Then one day - the day after an especially fiery fight with his girlfriend and also his 37th birthday - he wakes up to discover that in the place of his usual normal penis, he now has a vagina.
Before he can blink, Mickey’s friends and family are all tangled up in his quest to figure out what happened to his “manhood”, in their own bumbling, infuriating, and charmingly progressive way. In his search to find himself, will Mickey discover that what it means to be a man, or even a human, has very little to do with what’s going on in his pants?
