The Warriors have created history over the weekend in a thrilling game that went to the last minute.

It’s the third win in a row for the Warriors and the first time the Warriors have won the first three games of the year.

But it’s not all roses at the club, as they've had thousands of dollars of gear stolen from Auckland.

Cameron George, the Warriors CEO says playing jerseys and other team gear was stolen from a van on the North Shore on Sunday night, but the jerseys are the main concern.

“The jerseys are something you can't just go down the road and buy so it's really unfortunate because it was a special jumper for this club and so now we're just putting a call out to our fans, if anyone sees any of our gears floating around we just want it back and we'll move on.”

The Warriors will play the Roosters this weekend but need to find new playing jerseys.
