The world's best sevens rugby players are set to battle it out at the San Francisco Sevens World Cup competition this weekend. 

Our two national teams are already in the land of the free, preparing for the big tournament.     

All Blacks Sevens squad have done the tourist ventures now they must prepare their bodies and mind for their first clash this weekend.

The squad went to watch the local baseball team the San Francisco Giants play at their home stadium, the stadium where the sevens will be held at as well.

The competition now has a new format but Coach Clark Laidlaw says his team is ready.

Their first game is this Sunday.
