Where's the line between free speech and hate speech?

Why are so many women choosing to have their breast implants removed? 

Former Kiwi model and wife of chef Pete Evans, Nicky Robinson, is speaking out. She says that her implants were not only embarrassing, they were making her very sick.

Many women are experiencing the same issues - and now, Nicky has started a campaign to make people aware of the dangers of implants.
