Laurel Devenie's Play
When she's not playing Kate Nathan on Shortland Street, Laurel Devenie is working with her theatre company.
Company of Giants is coming out of hibernation this winter, to perform their magical little triumph, The Owl and the Pussycat.
The play is directed by our very own Laurel Devenie.
It's coming to Whangarei and Auckland these school holidays, so this is your chance to see Laurel in action!
Delightful and rambunctious, The Owl and the Pussycat is a re-invention of Edward Leer's classic love poem. A tale of delight and wonder, set in the dusky hues of a late night jazz club.
With new, original music and some old favourites, it will warm your heart.
Come and join in the fun. Bring your kids, friends, neighbours and grandparents. There's something for everyone.
