with Cassava and Banana

Teal & Sophie's dessert, Tapioca Delight.


3tsp tapioca

1 cup sugar

2 cans coconut cream 

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup roasted peanuts

1 cup sesame seeds, toasted

1 stick cinnamon

12 bananas

250g toasted coconut


1. Cook tapioca in water.

2. Cook banana lightly with spices.

3. Add to sweetened coconut cream.

4. Serve together with toasted coconut.
