Josh and Nic's Strawberries with Chocolate Ganache

250g strawberries, hulled

200g dark chocolate, melted

Finely chopped nuts and desiccated coconut, to dip

Melted white chocolate, to drizzle


1. Line a large oven tray with baking paper. 

2. Dip strawberries in dark chocolate and allow excess to drip off. Dip in coconut or nuts and drizzle with white chocolate. Place on prepared tray to set. Serve.
