Starting Wednesday evening, TVNZ is excited to bring Kiwis live and free to air coverage of the Gold Coast 2018 XXI Commonwealth Games; Live, Free and HD!
Toni Street, Peter Williams and Jenny May Clarkson will present TVNZ 1’s live coverage of the Opening Ceremony from 9.30pm on Wedneseday, setting the scene for the world-class sporting competition to follow.
DUKE’s coverage kicks off with the Opening Ceremony presented by Jeremy Wells, Matt Heath and Mike Lane of the Alternative Commentary Collective.
Over on 2 we have Oscar-Winning movies such as Zootopia and Forrest Gump, as well as the classic Crocodile Dundee!
If the sporting drama isn't quite enough, check out new series Deep State and The Crossing; which both begin streaming OnDemand this week.

TVNZ’s coverage of the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games commences with the Opening Ceremony on Wednesday 4th April from 9.30pm.
The Games will contine from there until the 15th April on TVNZ 1, DUKE, Games Extra, Games Online and OnDemand at www.tvnz.co.nz/commgames.
TVNZ viewers will be able to follow the Games anywhere, anytime with live coverage, replays, highlights and all the latest news delivered across TV, mobile and connected devices.
