Watch as playful Tongan boy holds ‘free hugs’ sign for Harry and Meghan, before taking a snooze

October 26, 2018

As the Duke and Duchess of Sussex made their way to the St George Government Building to meet the Tongan Prime Minister, they were welcomed by a delightful young Tongan boy holding a 'free hugs' sign.

Prince Harry and Meghan met the Tongan Prime Minister Akilisi Pohiva and Deputy Prime Minister Semisi Lafu Kioa Sika in the Tongan capital of Nuku'alofa, but beforehand, walked past a group of civil servants and children.

The young boy held the good-natured sign, before the moment got to much for him and he appeared to have a snooze on the ground.

Prince Harry and Meghan will also look at Tongan handicrafts and travel to the oldest secondary school in the pacific.

The Duchess looked stunning upon arrival in Tonga, although she missed one important thing.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are on day 11 of their 16-day tour of Australia and the South Pacific.

They arrive in New Zealand on Sunday.
