Video captures the moment a passenger ferry collides with a crane in Barcelona causing an explosion and the crane to fall over.
The footage taken by Bulgarian seaman Peter Petrov shows panicked port workers escaping the collision between the ship manoeuvring into port and the huge crane on the dockside.
Petrov told Rueters the weather had been bad and suggested strong winds could have made it difficult to steer the ship.
According to local media no one was injured.
