A learner driver and instructor in Singapore got an extra lesson when their car was side-swiped and lifted off its wheels by a vehicle turning at an intersection.
The appearance of the second car has left the internet stumped.
Dashcam video of the incident has been posted on the Facebook page of ROADS.sg, or Respect Others and Drive Safe.
It shows a car making a right-hand turn into a side street on a green light when suddenly a smaller car appears from nowhere coming towards it.
The turning car swipes the 'ghost car' on the right front door, lifting it off it's wheels before it flops back onto the road and disappears from view. By now the lights appear to have turned amber.

The Facebook post this week is tagged: "Back to the Future post with car appearing from nowhere and getting side swiped at junction. Hope 'L' plate driver and instructor are both OK."
The clip has had nearly 100,000 views since it was posted though just where the car that was hit came from or ended up remains a mystery.
