Watch: Fog blanketing Brisbane turns city's river into eerie natural phenomenon




Thick fog has disrupted traffic and caused ferries to be cancelled after it has Brisbane city during the peak morning commute today.

Three separate motorways were congested with traffic, but so far there had been no accidents, according to Nine News.

Footage taken by Jess Millward shows the usually clear and vibrant river, turned quiet and misty.

Some of the ferry services across the Brisbane River were suspended.
