The Duchess of Cambridge has returned to her royal duties for the first time since her third pregnancy was announced last month.
In a blue lace dress, Kate showed a hint of a baby bump while attending a reception at Buckingham Palace for World Mental Health Day.
The 35-year-old had been out of the public eye due to severe morning sickness - hyperemesis gravidarum.
This is the same sickness she suffered while pregnant with her first two children Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
Despite still suffering from the illness, Kate attended the reception and is said to be improving.
"Maybe this has galvanised them, hearing each other's stories and knowing they are not alone," say the nurses behind the Facebook group, New Zealand, please hear our voice.
