It was only the second flight to Australia since a lockdown was imposed in March to prevent spread of the coronavirus.

Australian Ambassador Peter Budd said it was a full flight with 281 people on board including 17 infants.

The passengers will spend two weeks in government quarantine after reaching Sydney.
