'Hey big boy, don't be breaking into any of 'em businesses' – huge brown bear spotted wandering down US street

Sheriff's deputies in the Sierra Nevada Mountains have all kinds of dangerous thieves to fend off, and on this occasion it was an immense wild bear loitering suspiciously around some locked shops late at night.

From the safety of his patrol car, the California deputy confidently shined his spot light at the bear which seemed to spook the huge animal.

The bear moved on down the street and stopped to peer worriedly at the patrol car.

"Hey big boy, don't be breaking into any of 'em businesses," the deputy mock warns the bear before it shuffles across the road and into a nearby park.

The video posted on Placer County Sheriff’s Office has been shared over 1600 times.
