Donald Trump causes a splash with embarrassing Prince of 'Whales' Twitter gaffe

US President Donald Trump has caused a splash on Twitter with an embarrassing gaffe.

The President boasted about meeting the Prince of "Whales", as in the aquatic animal, during his state visit to Britain earlier this month.

Mr Trump of course intending to refer to Charles, the Prince of Wales.

He deleted his tweet to correct the error.
