Another royal engagement! Princess Eugenie to wed just months after Prince Harry

Princess Eugenie is engaged to be married later this year, several months after her cousin Prince Harry takes a bride.

Buckingham Palace said Monday the daughter of Prince Andrew and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson will marry Jack Brooksbank in the fall.

The palace says the wedding will take place at St. George's Chapel in Windsor.

"The Duke and Duchess of York are delighted to announce the engagement of Princess Eugenie to Mr Jack Brooksbank," the palace said in a statement.

"Her Royal Highness and Mr Brooksbank became engaged in Nicaragua earlier this month."

The 27-year-old princess was the second child born to Andrew and Sarah. She holds a full-time job in the art world.

Prince Harry and his American fiancee Meghan Markle are to marry in Windsor in May.

Video: Disturbing footage shows moment hooded man follows then grabs 11-year-old girl in the UK

Disturbing footage has emerged which shows a hooded man following an 11-year-old girl before grabbing her near a Manchester primary school.

The footage, captured on CCTV on January 10, shows a young girl walking down the footpath next to a road with a man following close behind.

After rounding a corner the man catches up to the girl and grabs her from behind, the young girl manages to breaks free after a brief struggle.

The two then have a stand off, seemingly exchanging words before the 11-year-old girl begins walking off at a faster pace with the man once again following.

Police are investigating the footage that was captured near Crab Lane Primary School in Manchester and have warned parents about the incident, according to the Daily Mail.

The girl escaped unharmed from the terrifying encounter and was able to provide a description of the man to police.

There are reports that a similar incident was also reported nearby the day before this one took place.

Three people are trapped and several others are injured after a train hit a rail buffer at Richmond Station on Sydney's northwestern outskirts, with witnesses describing the scene as "chaotic".

Emergency services received a call just before 10am (local time) today with reports of injuries.

Three choppers and 20 ambulance crews are attending, said NSW Ambulance.

Initial reports suggest 10 people are being treated for minor injuries, with two more severely hurt.

Three people are believed to be trapped in the front carriage, a NSW Fire and Rescue spokeswoman told AAP.

Paramedics were setting up a triage for patients.

Witnesses have described a scene of chaos, with the train apparently hitting the buffer at the end of the line.

One caller to Sydney's 2GB radio who saw the crash said there was an "almighty bang".

He said the train came in at speed and hit the buffer and rebounded.

"There was a huge amount of dust," he said.
