North Island, rain, turning to showers from Waikato to Wellington, and clearing Wairarapa. Gale northwesterlies in exposed places, possibly severe gale in Wellington. South Island, rain in the west, clearing in the north. High cloud elsewhere, with few spots of rain in the south.
North Island, becoming fine from Taranaki to Wairarapa southwards. Rain or showers elsewhere. South Island, rain spreading north to the Glaciers in the west, few showers further north. Mainly fine elsewhere.
North Island, rain with heavy falls in the northeast, clearing. Showers elsewhere, but fine in Wairarapa. Northwesterlies rising to gale about Cook Strait. South Island, rain with heavy falls spreading northwards in the west. High cloud in the east, with scattered rain south of Christchurch.
