Everything is ready to go for next week's ASB Classic in Auckland, tournament director Karl Budge assures.
With this year's tournament scheduled to begin on January 2, Budge is confident that 2018 will go off without a hitch.
Speaking to 1 NEWS this morning, Budge said that he was looking forward to a good week of tennis, ahead of the beginning of the women's competition.
"The sun's shining," he said.
"Despite the weather forecast, the sun seems to be going pretty well for us at the moment."
"There's three courts in action, and the venue's starting to look pretty good. I think we're all set and ready to kick off tomorrow morning."
The likes of Caroline Wozniacki, Agnieszka Radwańska and young Kiwi starlet Jade Lewis will all be on show once the tournament begins.
Ana Klemencic Cabuk talked of her experience in the swanky Lindo Wing of London's St Mary's Hospital, revealing what is in store for the Duchess of Cambridge.
