'What's Movember for?' Jack Goodhue flummoxed by All Blacks' November moustaches

November 16, 2018

The young midfielder needed a quick reminder about why he was growing a mo.

All Blacks centre Jack Goodhue had to be reminded of the purpose of his moustache, seemingly unaware of the true cause behind Movemeber.

With November upon us once again, the All Blacks have joined in with those growing out their moustaches in order to raise awareness for men's health issues.

Fronting media in Dublin ahead of this weekend's clash with Ireland, Goodhue and Damian McKenzie were asked about the state of the team's facial hair.

"We like to support a bit of men's health," Goodhue began, before dropping a clanger with, "What's Movember for again?"

"For the prostate isn't it?" Goodhue said eventually.

Goodhue's attention then turned to McKenzie, seemingly struggling to show off his facial hair.

"Everyone's got their unique moustaches which is cool."

"Damo [McKenzie], you can hardly see his, which is quite unique.

"If you get the right light, perhaps you can see yours."
