Watch: 'Where are we going?' Fresh-faced new All Blacks hooker Asafo Aumua clueless of tour locations

October 24, 2017

The young star had reporters laughing after asking them where and who the ABs will be playing.

Young New Zealand hooker Asafo Aumua had reporters in stitches yesterday after asking them where exactly the All Blacks will be playing in their Northern Hemisphere tour next month.

Aumua was named in the All Blacks' end of year tour yesterday after a breakout season for the New Zealand U20 team and his performance for the Wellington Lions in the National Provincial Competition.

The 20-year-old was asked by reporters if he was looking forward to the travel and locations that the All Blacks will be playing.

His honest response got a few laughs from reporters.

Aumua is one of four new players included in the All Blacks' Northern hemisphere tour.

"Where are we going?" Aumua asked reporters.

"I just want to play."

The All Blacks begin their tour in London next Sunday where they will face the Barbarians.

They take on France, French XV, Scotland and Wales in the coming weeks.
