Watch: Black Fern Gayle Broughton dazzles with killer step as Kiwi Sevens claim Dubai title

The Black Ferns Sevens have won the latest tournament on the World title after beating Canada 26-14 in the Dubai final last night.

The New Zealand side made it two tournaments from two with Tyla Nathan-Wong bagging a double in the final and the woman-of-the-match award while captain Sarah Goss was named player of the tournament.

With the score at 12-7 early in the second half of the final between two unbeaten sides, it was Gayle Broughton who broke it open with her footwork and speed to score what would prove the match-winning try.

After the win the Kiwi women are top of the HSBC Women's Sevens Series standings on 40 points, with Canada on 34 and USA on 32.
