Wallabies star forward David Pocock has finally said "I do" to his long-time partner Emma, during a small wedding ceremony yesterday.
Pocock pledged in 2011 that he will not marry Emma Palandri until same-sex marriage was legalised in Australia.
The pair made it official in a small ceremony yesterday, with Australia legalising same-sex marriage late last year.
Pocock posted three photos on Twitter of the ceremony.
"Married my best mate yesterday," Pocock posted on Twitter.
One photo showed the 30-year-old holding hands with Emma under a tree in the bush with another photo showing the pair walking away carrying an 'esky' (chilly bin).
