'Look good, feel good, play good' - Black Ferns prepare for Tests with 'nail salon'

They’re the ferocious world beaters on the pitch, but the Black Ferns have revealed they prepare for Tests in a way that belies their on-field toughness.

Asked what the team did to prepare for games when they weren’t training, Chelsea Alley said the world champions liked singing and dancing and setting up a “nail salon”.

“On Saturday, we’ll open like a nail salon, girls get their nails done and whatever else they want,” Alley explained.

“Look good, feel, good, play good, apparently.”
