Brumbies 8 - 21 Crusaders

82 mins: Knock on and that's fulltime. Still, the Crusaders reclaim top spot in the NZ conference with a remarkable win. The resilience on defence in the second half, at times when down to 13 men,

81 mins: Crusaders get a penalty and a great chance to secure the bonus point.

77 mins: Knock on against the Crusaders. The clock is ticking away to make a great win official.

71 mins: Crotty is back on now. They barely skipped a beat down to 13. Ironically, the Brumbies look their most threatening as they're playing against 15 again.

69 mins:  Tamanivalu almost takes an intercept. The Brumbies have hardly threatened against a 13-man Crusaders side. The resilience of this team is something to behold. Barrett is back on now.

63 mins: The Brumbies knock it on. In all seriousness, this is an incredible defensive stand from the Crusaders.

61 mins: The Crusaders will give league numbers a go for after Crotty is sent to the bin to keep Barrett company. If the Brumbies can't score now they never will...

59 mins: He's a man of his word, the ref. Barrett will sit down for 10 minutes. Big chance for the Brumbies, you feel they have to take advantage because they haven't really threatened since Speight's try.

58 mins: The Crusaders get a last pre-card warning after another penalty. The Brumbies kick for touch to keep the pressure on.

55 mins: The Brumbies are hammering away at the Crusaders' line and Arnold comes up just short. They might have gone over. No, they'll get a penalty though.

47 mins: We've got a pair of brothers in the opposing front rows with Michael Alaalatoa coming on for the Crusaders. His brother Alan is the tighthead for the Brumbies. A great moment.

44 mins: Crotty makes a break but the Crusaders turn the ball over.

40 mins: The Crusaders go close, again, and that's halftime. Despite leaving a number of scoring opportunities out there, the Saders will take a 13-point lead into the second half.

38 mins: Mataele lights it up again with a break and a ridiculous offload but the ball ends up in touch.

35 mins: Hawera to kick for goal and he makes no mistake. 21-8.

33 mins: Word is also coming through that Dagg's night is over. He failed the concussion test unfortunately.

30 mins: Mataele is in again! Todd made the break and threw a great long pass to the winger who cut in to score. He gets congratulated by his uncle too which is nice. Shot cuz! The grand old man of rugby Delany pops over another conversion. The Brumbies also have their 15th player back on the field.

26 mins: The silver fox Delany is successful with the conversion.

25 mins: The Crusaders are in again! A nice move from Mataele and he dots down.

22 mins: Crusaders have bombed another one but again they'll get a penalty with the advantage. Todd knocked it on with the line beckoning.

21 mins: Crotty could be in trouble now with some sort of leg injury. He's trying to shake it off. The Brumbies have lost a player as well. Fair casualty ward already.

20 mins: Crusaders go so close. They tap quickly and continue hammering at the Brumbies' line.

19 mins: Dagg is on the end of a high shot as he took a kick by the touchline. Peni might be looking at 10 in the bin and that's the case. Crusaders to have a numerical advantage. Dagg is going off to be looked at unfortunately.

17 mins: Bateman is in! A lovely no-look flick pass from Tamanivalu put Bateman over. The grand old man Delany pops the conversion over.

12 mins: Taylor knocks on to let the Brumbies off the hook.

10 mins: The Crusaders inch close to the line. They're held up but get the penalty on advantage.

5 mins: Another blow for the Crusaders with Tim Perry off with a hamstring problem. Bit of a luxury though to be able to bring on Crockett. A handy replacement to say the least.

2 mins: Hawera couldn't convert

1 mins: The Brumbies have made an electric start! Speight with too much speed as he crosses on the right flank.

Pre-match:
