Kieran Read says All Blacks 'still hurting' after Wallabies loss ahead of France clash

November 11, 2017

The All Blacks haven't played a Test since losing to Australia last month.

All Blacks skipper Kieran Read says that his side are out to make a point in tomorrow's Test with France in Paris, coming off the back of a loss to Australia in Brisbane in their last Test match.

The All Blacks fell to the Wallabies in the third and final Bledisloe Cup clash of 2017 in Brisbane three weeks ago, with Read saying that his troops feel they have something to prove.

"The good thing is you work quite hard on things that you didn't get right when you come off a loss," Read said.

"Everyone's had to work together, but I guess the guys that were involved in Aussie will still be hurting."

"We want to go out there and play really well, that's the performance that we're after."
