The All Blacks got rid of any lingering soreness from the Sydney Test by getting to work in the weight room.

If you’re an All Black, what’s the best way to get rid of any residual soreness from the Sydney Test?

While you might think it’d more recovery, for the men in black it’s to load up the bar in the weights room and get to work.

The men in black celebrated their first full day back in New Zealand with a gym session full of squats, deadlifts and weighted pull ups.

The inside backs and apparent gym partners pushed one another as the All Blacks celebrated being back on home soil with a session in the weight room.

Even though it’s between tests, the bar was bending on the back of prop Karl Tu'inukuafe as he when through his reps while TJ Perenara and Damien McKenzie went rep for rep on the pull-up bar.
