All Blacks winger Israel Dagg won't be seen on the field again in 2017, according to coach Steve Hansen.
Having come off with an injured knee against Argentina in New Plymouth, Dagg is now facing the rest of the year on the sidelines to recover.
"He'll need some time out of the game," Hansen said.
"It sounds like there's a bit of cartilage, surface damage to the knee."
"It probably means he'll be out for the rest of the year."
Maori Public Health boss Lance Norman told politicians today that 35 per cent of Maori still smoke, along with 25 per cent of Pasifika and 12-13 per cent of all other ethnicities.
