The All Blacks have spent the morning sweating it out with a gruelling gym session in Dunedin, ahead of their third Test against France this Saturday.
The team broke up into groups based on positions before proceeding to grind through workouts supplied to them on pieces of paper.
It wasn't all weights and callisthenics - the backs were also spotted on the cycling machines for a bit of cardio and to loosen up their legs after touching down in Dunedin yesterday.
The All Blacks play France at Forsyth Barr Stadium at 7:30pm on Saturday and despite leading the series 2-0, have plenty of work to do leading into Saturday's finale after a less than inspiring 26-13 second Test win in Wellington.
