The Black Ferns will square off with the other top four women's sides in the world at a five-nation tournament in the US later this year.
The reigning world champions will join Six Nations Grand Slam winners England (ranked second), Canada (third), France (fourth) and hosts USA (fifth) at the Women's Rugby Super Series in San Diego in June.
The tournament will see all teams play each other once, with the 10 Tests spread out over two weeks from June 28 to July 14.
New Zealand Rugby chief rugby officer Nigel Cass says the tournament, along with the two-Test series against Australia in August, give the Black Ferns a significant international calendar.
"The Women's Rugby Super Series 2019 will showcase the best women's rugby teams in the world in one tournament and it doesn't get much better than that in a non-World Cup year," Cass said.
"This series will be a very exciting prospect for the teams and our fans.
"Last year the Black Ferns played on American soil for the first time, in Chicago, and given the growth of rugby in North America it's becoming a more regular Test match destination for our teams."
The Women's Rugby Super Series has previously been contested by England, Canada, France and the US with Canada the most recent winners in 2016.
