The All Blacks squad assembled in Buenos Aires has hit the iron to prepare for this weekend's Rugby Championship opener with Argentina.
The team - which is without regulars such as Kieran Read and Sam Whitelock - shrugged off their jetlag in gym with a weights session.
Squats were one of the main exercises on the menu with everyone from frontrowers to halfbacks digging deep to wake up their legs after the long haul.
The Black Caps play Argentina on Sunday morning at 6am NZT.
