Watch: Anthony Joshua opens doors on brutal training regime ahead of Joseph Parker fight

March 22, 2018

The undefeated Brit is shaping up nicely for the April 1 bout.

British heavyweight Anthony Joshua opened doors to media this morning, giving the world a glimpse of his form going into next month's title unification bout with Kiwi Joseph Parker.

Joshua, 28, will take on WBO champion Parker, hoping to add the Kiwi’s world title to his collection, already the holder of the IBF and WBA belts.

At his London training base this morning, Joshua allowed the world's media to get a look at his training methods for the fight.

Starting with shadow-boxing, Joshua showed off his impressive speed and footwork, before taking his frustrations out on his trainer's gloves.

Finally, the undefeated Brit brought his session to an end with some cardio, using his trusty skipping rope to illustrate his fitness.
