Robbie Manson has claimed another victory over Mahe Drysdale, taking out first place at the men's single scull final at the New Zealand Rowing Championships today.

Manson, 29, claimed the gold at Lake Ruataniwha, finishing with a time of 6:52.03, while Olympic champion Drysdale finished over three seconds behind him.

The win sees Manson keep hold of the tag as New Zealand's premier single sculler, with he and Drysdale both competing for the same spot heading into next year's Olympics in Tokyo.
