Kiwi squash star Paul Coll is still learning to live with the fact he's a medal favourite for next month's Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast, seeded second for the men's competition.
Coll, 25, will travel to his second Commonwealth Games, having made his debut in Glasgow four years ago.
Since then, his rise has been meteoric, finding himself among the favourites for a medal come the start of the games next month.
Speaking to 1 NEWS this morning, Coll opened up about how he's handling the pressure.
"There's a little bit more expectation - which is always different," Coll said.
"I feel like I'm coming to grips with it, I'm feeling pretty good going into the games - not too much pressure, a lot of excitement and ready to go."
