The Mate Ma'a Tonga winger enjoyed a lighter moment with one of the team's assistants.

Mate Ma'a Tonga winger Manu Vatuvei burst out in a fit of uncontrollable laughter at his side's training this morning, sharing a joke with one of the team's assistants.

Vatuvei, 31, was famed for his light hearted chuckle during his time at the Warriors, with the winger subjecting his teammates to another bout of hysterics this morning.

Mate Ma'a Tonga are preparing for their Rugby League World Cup quarter-final against England at Mt Smart Stadium, Auckland.

While it's not known what prompted the laughter, it shows the side is in good spirits ahead of the match.
