Sonny Bill Williams' $10m Wolfpack contract under threat due to visa issues

The UK lockdown is forcing foreign players to exceed their six-month visas.

Sonny Bill Williams' contract with the Toronto Wolfpack, reportedly worth $10 million, is in doubt.

The club has confirmed Williams and six other overseas players are facing visa issues.

Lockdown in the UK - where the club is based - forced the overseas players to exceed their six-month visas.

Those players are now due back home.

Toronto are also believed to be under financial pressure due to the pandemic.
