Warriors stalwart Simon Mannering isn't ready to make his first appearance of 2018, still battling to overcome a shoulder injury sustained in the pre-season.
Without Mannering, the Warriors were still able to win their opening match of the season, defeating the Rabbitohs 32-20 in Perth on Saturday, although the second rower will be welcomed back into action as quickly as possible, coach Stephen Kearney says.
"Simon's a week-to-week proposition," he said.
"We've just got to make sure we manage him pretty good."
"I'm doubtful he'll be ready for this week. He's a quick healer, but we've got to make sure we're doing the right thing and make sure we're looking after him also."
